Get RME 1.0A useful travel map helps with the everyday parts of a trip: where to camp, where a trail begins, where to find water, and what is happening nearby. Roam brings these places together so you can explore the area around your route and save stops worth returning to.
Use place categories and available details to narrow your options. Community notes can help you understand a spot, but conditions change. Confirm access, current closures, permits, and vehicle suitability with the land manager or other authoritative local source before setting out.
Trailprint records the route behind you as you travel, creating a personal map of the roads and trails you have explored. It is optional and private by default. Recording begins after you review the in-app disclosure and choose to start; you can stop recording, change route visibility, export your route, or delete your Trailprint history.
Recording a journey and browsing new map information use different parts of your phone. Trailprint can keep recording through patchy service, while loading places or new map information may still require a connection.
Roam spots, Trailprint, Events and Friends Map are included with a free RME account. The app shows the current plan details, so check there for anything that is still optional.
