Child Safety Standards
RME's public standards for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and responding to related reports.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
RME (Roam Meet Explore), operated by Noctryix LLC, explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This standard applies to every RME service and account, including where a release is limited to adults.
Members must not use RME to groom, sextort, traffic, solicit, sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a child. Creating, requesting, uploading, storing, sharing, or distributing CSAM is prohibited. RME also prohibits sexualized depictions of minors, including real, altered, or computer-generated material, and attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Report and block in RME
Signed-in members can use RME's in-app report controls for profiles, posts, conversations, places, events, and listings without leaving the app. Open the relevant item or member menu, choose Report, and provide a concise reason. If the concern involves another member, use the Block control available from that member's profile or conversation.
Do not download, copy, forward, attach, or send a direct link to suspected CSAM. In the in-app report, provide only non-illegal context such as the RME username, the app section where the concern appeared, the approximate date and time, and why it is concerning.
Child-safety reporting channel
RME's public child-safety reporting channel is the in-app report control described above. Do not send passwords, identification documents, suspected CSAM, or direct content links through an ordinary email channel.
Google Play requires RME to designate a named child-safety point of contact in Play Console who is ready to discuss enforcement and review procedures and take action. That operational contact is separate from the public in-app report control and is not a substitute for local emergency services.
Review, removal, and account action
RME's response standard requires reports to be reviewed according to severity, available evidence, user safety, and applicable law. Reports of suspected child sexual exploitation receive the highest-priority triage. Any evidence preservation must use access-controlled systems and occur only as permitted or required by applicable law.
After RME obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on the service, this standard requires RME to remove or disable access to the material and take action in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the facts, action may include limiting distribution, removing content, restricting features, suspending an account, or permanently banning an account.
Lawful reporting
RME's response standard requires suspected CSAM to be escalated for review. When CSAM is confirmed, or when the facts otherwise trigger a reporting duty, the confirmed-CSAM response process must route the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States or to the appropriate regional law-enforcement or child-protection authority outside the United States. RME preserves and discloses evidence only as permitted or required by applicable law.
Reports must be reviewed and escalated based on the available facts and legal obligations. This standard does not claim that every report is automatically sent to NCMEC, law enforcement, or another authority.
